Which cars on the lot are in the sale and how do I know what lane the cars will run in?  (lot layout) → All team members will have maps and examples of run number stickers; The units are parked in run number order immediately outside of the lanes. Each unit has a sticker on the window with the lane and run number on the window. 


Can I test drive the vehicles? That is not possible as we need to ensure the safety of our team members and clients. We do not have a test track, the units need to be on spot for fair access for inspection. The units will be driven across the block, and we have Post Sale Inspections available for purchase after you buy the unit for your protection. 


Are the arbitration rules similar to other auctions? I.e. Lights, NAAA disclosures? We follow NAAA arbitration rules and use NAAA disclosures. You’ll find our rules very similar to other physical auction experiences. We use the light system for our LiveLanes  - green (guaranteed) red (as is) green with a yellow light (guaranteed except to the announced condition).  


How do I get my vehicle invoices? Let me show you on your application, and in the meantime - I can print them for you if you like. 


How do I pay?  →We accept ACH, ABS, Westlake, AFC, floorplans including ABS Finance, NextGear, Westlake, AFC, Kinetic, 1st Choice Financial Services LLC., check, cash, and even a credit card payment. 

Can I automate payment?Yes - we can set up an automatic payment at check out. 


What is required for me to get my gate release?We just need clear payment for the vehicle. 

Can I get an automatic/digital gate pass?Yes - let me show you how to find it on your application.


Is the gate open all the time? (closed during sale time) →For the safety of our clients, team members and for the continuity of the sale we close our gates during the LiveLanes auction. We are open M - F 8:30am to 5pm for drop offs and client service. 


What do I need to do to run cars in this sale?Let’s talk about the best Omnichannel for you and your business. Typically, LiveLanes works best for clients with units that are $25,000 and under. They have the flexibility to sell the units around MMR adjusting for condition and miles. If that is your business model, please reserve a run number using a full VIN with one of our client service team members. Drop the units off at 1955 Sampson Avenue Corona, Ca. 92879 before the auction, as early as possible and no later than 11 AM the day of the sale. Please fill out a consignment slip and leave it with the vehicle. Make sure you can provide a title within 45 days and preferably as soon as the unit sells. 


Do I have a sales rep as my main point of contact?Yes you do - let’s go meet them. Yes you do - let’s call them together for an introduction. You are also welcome to call me at any time to help. 


Where can I order delivery? When you check out your unit or by emailing transportation@eblock.com. You can also visit with our onsite transportation team member, let me introduce you. 


How do I order PSI's and Arbitrations?After you buy a unit and before you check out, please see a client service team member up front or email psi@eblock.com. Arbitrations are started by clicking the button in the app and explaining your concern in full. Let me show you how to do that. 


What services does the auction offer?  →(Mech shop, Recon, Body/Paint/PDR) We are able to do wash and vacuums through full details, light mechanical work, cut keys, replace windshields, and perform Post Sale Inspections. We will add additional services in the new year. Here is our price list. 


When and how do I get my title? As soon as we have the title, reviewed it to ensure it is negotiable, and have received clear payment your title will be available. You can have it mailed to you, overnighted to you with your overnight service account, or pick up the title at our office at 1955 Sampson Avenue when the title is ready. 


What is the difference between a Seller LiveLanes™ Fee vs, Digital Sell Fee? When selling in the LiveLanes environment, there is a $65 LiveLanes Success fee in addition to your digital sale fee when your vehicle is sold.
